Big Papi 2 Man Bee
Something of a loner, Big Papi follows a different drummer in the greenhouse. He will go to flowers that others think have been tapped out of pollen, and come out with with a big batch. A bee who thinks for himself.

Billy Joe Jack Bee is a very well-behaved bee. He always lines up to wait his turn at flowers and lets others go ahead when there is a crowd waiting to enter the hive. He arrived at the farm from Brooklyn, New York and is enjoying his time in the country atmosphere.
Annie loves the heat of summer and the high humidity of the greenhouse in the afternoons. While other bees scramble to find some shade, Annie likes to work in the full sun. If bees could tan, Annie would have a great tan.
Bee Bop is an optimist. For him, the flower is always half full, rather than half empty. He tells everybody how much he loves the greenhouse; loves the flowers; loves the plants; loves the other bees; loves his human co-workers and loves the hive. A very upbeat bee.
Daisy must have been a mystic in a previous life. Before pollinating a flower, she spends several seconds meditating on its shape, color and odor. The other bees say all this meditating slows her work, but makes her conversation more interesting.
Mr. Big, as he is known around the hive, likes to hang out and buzz with his human co-workers. They're not quite sure what he's saying half the time and they're not sure that he understands either. Still, they like to have him around.
Harold is one of the youngest bees in the greenhouse. He was still a larva when his hive arrived from Holland. He's still learning the ropes. The other bees watch out for Harold and help him learn.
Buzzy is one of the most sociable bees in his greenhouse. He's on a first name basis with all 90 bees in his hive, even the queen, and he knows and greets all of his human co-workers by name every day.
Buzz is one of the larger bees in the greenhouse. Slow and deliberate, he flies from flower to flower in a regular pattern that seldom varies. His one enthusiasm is rock music. When his human co-workers play a rock song on the greenhouse radio, Buzz always picks up his pace.
When they first came to the greenhouse a couple of weeks ago, Amy and David were a study in contrasts. Amy was a very methodical worker, always making sure she had pollinated every flower on a plant before moving to the next one. David, in contrast, would zip from flower to flower and plant to plant, often leaving some flowers and plants untouched. Now, through the working of some sort of natural law, the two have met in the middle. Amy has sped up her work, sometimes skipping flowers, while David has slowed down and become more methodical in pollinating.
