- 1 medium (10-ounce) head Boston lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1 pound(s) (2 to 3 medium) apples thinly sliced
- 3 ounce(s) shaved extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
- In large serving bowl, whisk together cider, vinegar, honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper. Add lettuce and apple slices to bowl and toss to coat. Arrange salad on 6 plates; top with Cheddar cheese.
